To provide accurate and useful appraisal services to all of our clients in a timely, professional and courteous manner.

The Appraisal Office includes 5 appraisers and 2 full-time staff members located in our Fargo, ND office. We have 4 Certified Appraisers and 1 Licensed Appraiser.  Our Appraisers are experienced in all North Dakota and Minnesota Residential FHA, Conventional Appraisals, VA, USDA, Lake Properties and 2-4 Unit Multi-Family Properties, as well as ERC Relocation Appraisals, Field Reviews and Desk Reviews.

Since the founding of The Appraisal Office in 1992, we have provided prompt service in the Fargo-Moorhead and Grand Forks markets, along with the surrounding communities, as well as areas that require some travel. We cover a number of counties in both North Dakota and Minnesota; including, but not limited to, the counties of Cass, Richland, Traill, Grand Forks, Nelson, Barnes, Ransom, Clay, Polk, Becker, Norman, and Ottertaill.

The Appraisal Office and our Appraisers are members of the Fargo-Moorhead Association of REALTORS®, Detroit Lakes (MN) Multiple Listing Service/Lakes Country Association of REALTORS®, the Grand Forks (ND) Board of REALTORS®, and the Jamestown Board of REALTORS®    We are also a member of the Home Builders Association of Fargo-Moorhead and our appraisers are North Dakota Appraiser Association members.
